I think the disk version for MSX never existed.
AFAIK, Grandslam never did any conversion for MSX in disk.
The original booklet is clear: If you are running this game in an MSX 2 with disk, first disconnect the drive to run properly run the game. This means that Grandslam or Teque knew about this option in MSX but, there are no instructions on how load the disk version in MSX.
OTOH, it is funny to see how the info is lost from the original booklet to the Spanish one. There is no mention to the MSX2 users and the "abort" keys are not there ...
