Note: 1. Copy PASOTEN.PMA and PMEXT220.COM and from MSX FAN disk #01 to a blank disk with MSX-DOS(2) files ie MSXDOS.SYS & COMMAND.COM or MSXDOS2.SYS & COMMAND2.COM
2. Insert the MSX-DOS(2) disk to MSX, start MSX-DOS(2) and execute PMEXT220.COM to extract PMEXT.COM.
3. Execute PMEXT PASOTEN.PMA drivename: to extract MAKEISH.BAS.
4. Start BASIC and execute RUN "MAKEISH.BAS" to generate ISH.COM.
