Seems like a mix between Magical Tree and Monkey Academy. The character shown seems to be from Athletic Land.

Both Spelling Bee and Spelling Tree where used as the English name. It would seem that it was first planned to be called Spelling Bee, and then later this got changed to Spelling Tree.

It was also meant to be part of the "I Love..." series. In this case "I Love 英語" (I Love English).
