Why on earth I didn´t want this MEGA-game in 1987?! Luckily I got it all new in 1991! And how good it was!!!!! only pity was that it was so much easier to finish than Salamander and Nemesis 3.
Graphics are unbelievable and sound effects too! There can´t be anyone who don´t like high whistle when your Warp Rattler flies to bonus stage!

Like many older Konami's, this was later rereleased in the Games Collection series, with SCC+ sound support. The Games Collection's then were modified by fans to support regular SCC chips as well, so the only Nemesis game in the series without SCC eventually got the support as well (and Twinbee too).
The password (cheat) system in the Games Collection version differs.
This game also has bonus stages, unlike the arcade version and other ports.

Didn't we all love the high "ping" when the bomb hit a 'red' enemy?
