Advertised by Konami in the UK in early 1987 with "Coming Soon for" which included an MSX Cartridge version for £15.95

The MSX Cartridge version is also mentioned in the User's Guide of the ZX Spectrum release.

This was developed by Konami's UK development branch, similar to Green Beret. It has the very different Japanese title that means Manhattan 24th Precinct.
