Go to Valestine Castle. Open the Equipment menu, unequip everything, then equip Short Sword, Leather Armor and Wood Shield. Swap Disk 2 to 1. Quit the Equipment menu. Adol's shape shifts to 5 of his heads stacked vertically, he becomes invincible and able to attack by bumping.
