King's Valley is a good example of how effective a game can combine puzzle and platform elements. The objective is to grab all gem stones in a pyramid in order to go to the next pyramid while avoiding the mummies.

Later Konami released a special disk version of this game which included an editor. Much later a superior sequel was released called King's Valley II. This latter game was released for both MSX1 and MSX2.
