Another (expensive) pack had the game cartridge + CD-Audio.
Another pack (even more expensive) had the game cartridge + CD-Audio and I belive that there was also a GUIDE BOOK.

Strange, I have a version with a different number and a different price: KN10211050, costing 12200 Yen. It does include a cd, though. Maybe that's a special release? Can someone confirm?
