Curious: This game seems to support the "The Links" network interface. If the interface is present, the "LINKS" menu will invoke the card to allow the user to connect and play online.

The passwords actually don't store anything regarding your last location. They only hold your level, 'experience' and the way you constructed your robot. Every password will result in starting the game at the bottom of the map, as you would when beginning a normal game.
