this appears to be an msx2 version perhaps, can't really tell since the resolution is poor. but it might be worth investigating whether there were two separate releases.

Check this out: http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/matikanejinndaiko/archive/2007/7/4 The box says MSX2, but the game is clearly MSX1...
