MSX game Screen shots and MSX game maps

I've made a Flickr Pro account to host all the MSX game screen shots that I have taken, and all the MSX game maps that I find on the internet. Nice idea, I want to make some videos too. What resolution and codec do you use before uploading to vimeo? Regards.

I record the movies with the BlueMSX emulator. Later I convert them MPEG or AVI and upload them to Vimeo because the quality is much better then Youtube.

And how you convert to MPEG or AVI? What encoder do you select when create the videoclip in bluemsx?
