Macadam Bumper MSX

hello i don't know a lot about MSX but Macadam Bumper MSX is found. It seems an undumped game (is it ?) i'd like to make a dump of this game but i don't know how do to it is it possible to explain SIMPLY and CLEARLY ? Many thanks

It's not a rom, the original game was on Tape made by some french editor. It's a Pinball game BTW. I may have seen a copy on disk.

easy, just connect the output of you tape player to the input of your pc soundcard, and record a wav file of it.

Well, openmsx supports wav files, but bluemsx only supports cas files. But there are programs to convert a wav file to a cas file (http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~vincentd/ see the castools). When you insert a cas/wave file in a emulator, and starts it you will end up in basic. Here you can type RUN"CAS:" to load the game (instructions are on the cover of the tape i guess).
