I don't see how it's MSX related, as it's made in 1994: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/W000/W0002568M.pdf

Well... I saw this other picture and I thought it was MSX related. (What appears on the monitor doesn't belong to the HB-F700, but to an Amiga 1200 that has been connected to the monitor).
